KnockOut4Fun New Season Sponsorship Agreement

Streamer & Content Creator Application Protocol

Article 1

Quotas and General Terms

As the KnockOut4Fun Management Team, we will make limited quota Streamer and Content Creator agreements for the Nemesis season.

⚠ When the quota for a category is full, the application button for that category will automatically close.

1. Applications are only valid for the YouTube and Kick platform. Partners can only operate in one category, either Streamer or Content Creator, during the contract period.

2. The link submitted in the application is not a channel link; it should be the link to the content or stream replay that needs to be reviewed.
   To be considered for application:
   - Streamers must submit a minimum 10 minutes of published content. (Ensure your publications are current and hosted on the KnockOut4Fun game.)
   - Content creators must submit a minimum 8 minutes of video content. (Ensure your videos are current and hosted on the KnockOut4Fun game.)

3. Streamers are required to stream at least 15 hours per week.

   • AFK streaming by leaving your character at the market is prohibited.

   • For AFK periods longer than 5-10 minutes, a scene (waiting screen, etc.) must be displayed or the stream must be ended.

   • Sponsored streamers must monitor their chats.

   • Our GM team will regularly visit streamers' chats to monitor this.

   • No profanity directed at any player/person should be used during the stream.

   • The streamer is directly responsible for sounds reflected in the stream (profanity in Discord, TeamSpeak, etc.).

4. Content Creators are required to produce at least 3 videos per week (min. 10 min).

   • Produced content must be original and appealing to viewers.

   • Content consisting only of PK scenes with music will be rejected.

   • Content consisting only of farming scenes with music will be rejected.

   • Content that is only sped up with music will be rejected.

   • The content creator must speak in the video (Voice Commentary).

   • Content must be edited and produced with a specific structure.

   • If producing PK content, command voices should be heard and editing should be smooth.

Article 2

Payment and Bonus Details

⚠ IMPORTANT PAYMENT RULE

For the first 2 weeks after the sponsor package is sent, no standard weekly base payment is made, only bonus payment is made.

• Weeks 1 and 2: Bonus Payment Only (Performance-Based)

• Following Weeks: Standard Payment + Bonus

Cam Streamer With Cam

Weekly base rate (15 hours) 700 Point

Hourly bonus over 15 hours 60 Point / hour

Maximum weekly earnings 1,300 Point

No-Cam Streamer No Cam

Weekly base rate (15 hours) 350 Point

Hourly bonus over 15 hours 30 Point / hour

Maximum weekly earnings 650 Point

Content Creator Video

Weekly base rate 900 Point

Bonus per 500 views 200 Point

Maximum bonus per video 600 Point

Article 3

Application and Discipline Rules

🚨 DISCIPLINE AND PENALTY PROTOCOL

If a Partner whose application is approved and who receives the Sponsor Package fails to stream or produce content without notifying their assigned GM.

1. The game character will receive an indefinite JAIL penalty.
2. They will not be able to apply for any sponsorship again during the Nemesis season.

This rule will be applied absolutely without exception to prevent abuse.

GM Communication and Monitoring:

• It is mandatory to follow the dedicated GM Discord channel opened for you.

• Warnings and guidance after weekly checks are made by the relevant GM in this channel.

• If you receive 2 warnings, your sponsorship contract will be terminated.

🔴 POST-CONTRACT TERMINATION STATUS

SPAM If your streamer/content creator status is terminated with "SPAM" (Blacklist) status, you can never become a sponsored streamer/content creator again.

SUSPEND If your streamer/content creator status is terminated with "SUSPEND" (Temporary Ban) status, you cannot apply again until the penalty period (1-3 months) determined at GM discretion expires. After the period ends, your application may be considered.

1. epinmy.com membership is required for payments to be processed.

2. Partners must be registered on the KO4FUN Discord channel

3. Stream and content quality must be at least 1080p HD.

4. Video and stream history must be on the KnockOut4Fun game.

🚨 VIOLATION WARNING

Accounts using bot viewers or artificial engagement will be immediately banned and their IP addresses will be permanently blocked from the system.
