1. NATURE OF THE SYSTEM

The Power Up Store is a bonus system offered as a token of appreciation to supporters who donate to the KO4Fun community. The points obtained through this system ("KC" or "Cash Point") and the virtual content unlocked with these points:

• Are NOT a purchase of any goods or services
• Have no monetary value in the real world
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged to third parties
• Remain the exclusive property of KO4Fun

2. USE OF BONUS POINTS

Bonus points added to your account in exchange for donations can be used to access virtual content available in the Power Up Store. This content is offered solely to enhance the gaming experience and:

• Comes with no guarantees or commitments of any kind
• May be modified, updated, or removed without prior notice
• Will be lost in case of account suspension or ban

3. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Donations and bonus points are final. Regardless of whether bonus points have been used or not:

• No refunds will be made under any circumstances
• Cannot be converted to cash or any other value
• Cannot be transferred between accounts

4. SERVICE CONTINUITY

KO4Fun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Power Up Store and its content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In such cases, no compensation or refund will be provided for unused bonus points.

5. ACCEPTANCE

By using the Power Up Store, you acknowledge that bonus points and virtual content are tokens of appreciation offered in exchange for donations and carry no ownership rights or monetary value.

5. KABUL

Power Up Store'u kullanarak, bonus puanlarin ve sanal iceriklerin bagis karsiligi sunulan tesekkur niteliginde oldugunu, herhangi bir mulkiyet hakki veya parasal deger tasimadigini kabul etmis olursunuz.
