How to obtain Spell Stone Powder

When you reach level 70 as a Priest, you will find that your skills after level 70 through level 83 are locked. This guide explains how to unlock skills for the branch you invest points in and lists the effects of Spirit, Heal and Aura skills.

How to unlock a level 70 skill

The steps below use the level 70 Subside skill as an example. Even after assigning 70 skill points, it remains locked until you complete its unlock quest.

Subside requires 70 skill points and level 70.

Prerequisite

You cannot accept the quest without unlocking the 1st job change and 2nd job change skills.

Go to the [Priest] Minevra NPC and select the 70 Lvl Skill tab.
Press Accepted to accept the quest.
Gather 5 Spell Stone Powder and 100,000,000 coins.
Select the 70 Lv Skill tab again at Priest(Minevra).
Click Yeah, all right to unlock your skill.

Level 70 quest: 5 Spell Stone Powder and 100,000,000 coins.

Unlock order

You can unlock skills for the Priest branch you invest points in. You can unlock a level 75 or 80 skill without first unlocking the level 70 skill.

Spirit (DB) skills

Bloody	21	Deals 150% damage without missing.
Slow	24	Reduces the opponent's attack speed by 20%.
Reverse life	27	Removes the opponent's buff.
Eruption	30	Adds 30 str to the caster.
Sleep wing	33	Puts the selected mob to sleep for 20 seconds.
Loved resurrection	33	Restores 60% of lost experience; consumes 2 stones.
Sweep mana	36	Reduces the opponent's mana by 960.
Raving edge	39	Deals 150% damage plus 100 extra damage without missing.
Blessed resurrection	42	Restores 70% of lost experience; consumes 5 stones.
Parasite	45	Removes the opponent's buff, if present, and reduces normal health by 20%.
Hades	51	Deals 200% damage plus 50 extra damage without missing.
Sleep carpet	54	Puts mobs within an area to sleep for 20 seconds.
Blessed resurrection	54	Restores 80% of lost experience; consumes 15 stones.
Torment	57	Removes opponents' AC, if present, within an area and reduces their normal defense by 30%.
Massive	60	Reduces the opponent's attack power by 20%.

Great Healing	27	Heals the player for 720.
Blasting	30	Adds 30 str to the caster.
Great restore	30	Heals the player for 800 over 20 seconds.
Cure disease	35	Removes debuffs that continuously drain health.
Massive Healing	36	Heals the player for 960.
Massive restore	39	Heals the player for 1500 over 20 seconds.
Ruin	42	Deals 150% damage plus 100 extra damage without missing.
Superior Healing	45	Heals the player for 1920.
Superior restore	48	Heals the player for 2500 over 20 seconds.
Hellish	51	Deals 200% damage plus 50 extra damage without missing.
Complete Healing	54	Heals the player for 10000.
Group massive Healing	57	Heals all party members for 960.
Group complete Healing	60	Heals all party members for 10000.
